With electricity bills going up every month, I was looking for a way to cut them down and save some money.

I did a search on the internet, and found that you could build you own solar panel and generate electricity to run most of your household appliances.

I was pretty excited at not having to pay for electricity to run my TVs, computers, or refrigerator.

I wanted to share everything that I found in my search, so that you can benefit from it, too. I've compiled some basic info that should help you build your own solar panel.

Does this sound interesting to you? If so, keep reading to see how you can build your own solar panel.

Why Build Your Own Solar Panel?

Why should you build your own solar panel? Well, there are a few reasons.

The main reason is that your own solar panel will save you a ton of money. Imagine running all of your household appliances without having to pay a single dime for electricity? That would save you thousands of dollars in just 1 year.

Second, it is good for the environment. Creating your own energy will decrease the overall energy need of the population. If just a small percentage of people built their own solar panel, it would help out exponentially.

Third, it's easy and fun. Many think it take a rocket scientist to build your own solar panel. The exact opposite is true. With the right instructions, you can build your own panel very easily.

Now This Is What I Call Solar Power!

Guidebook - How To Build Your Own Solar Panel

You weren't going to do this without help, right?

The one thing that I would highly recommend is getting a guidebook that walks you through how to build your own solar panel.

There are a lot of electrical parts and some of them can be very dangerous if not handled properly.

I took a look at several guides available, and found one that fit all of my criteria: Detailed, Easy To Understand, had Pictures, Affordable.

Earth4Energy is a great guidebook that fit all my criteria. It has very detailed instructions that are written in plain English, not scientific talk.

The book even has pictures to go along with the instructions, so that science "rookies" like me can follow along. This is a very helpful aspect of
Earth4Energy.

The author does a great job of walking you through each step, and even tells you how to properly maintain your solar panel unit.

If building your own solar panel is something you're highly considering, then you should check out
Earth4Energy. And I also put together 2 additional books that have even more ways to save energy and money.

I put together 2 books that show you how to save even more money by following simple tips at home and at the gas pump. If you decide to purchase Earth4Energy through my links, I would like to share these with you for free.

I wrote a more detailed review of Earth4Energy that might be helpful to you.
