How to chocolate

Hello, in this article I want to show you how to chocolate. That means I'm going to tell you how you can make your own delicious chocolate in the comfort of your home.

There are lots of tasty dishes that use chocolate as their main ingredient, for instance ice scream, cakes, pies. Except few people everyone loves chocolate. Chocolate is so important part of our lives and it can be expansive and annoying to buy chocolate in the store. Luckily, it is really easy to make your own chocolate. These are some helpful tips on how to chocolate:

First of all, you need to prepare all the ingredients you will be using in the how to chocolate process. The two most important are of course chocolate and the mold both which you can purchase at any craft store. Chocolate is often sold in blocks, it's good if you don't have the time to convert these from cocoa beans.

Another important thing in how to chocolate is sugar. Please make sure that this does not have any trace of flour, salt or other kitchen ingredients. Then you will also need unsalted butter. We need unsalted butter, because the one that contains salt is hard to ascertain and it would also spoil the taste of your chocolate. Quick tip: Never substitute butter with margarine, because margarine contains more water and it would make cooking time longer.

All right, so we've got our ingredients, the next step in our how to chocolate process is liquefy chocolate. There are three ways to liquefy chocolate before shaping it to its final form. You can heat it using the microwave, a double boiler or the oven. If you are making chocolate into candies you can also use thermometer so you are able to monitor its temperature.

When the chocolate is ready, you put it into the mold. So it doesn't look messy, get some using a teaspoon and pour this into the cartridges. This is also the time you could add in other ingredients like peanuts, marshmallows or candy sprinkles. Now we are halfway in the how to chocolate process.

If there are air bubbles, you should remove them by holding the mold a few centimeters from the ground and dropping it on the table. You might have to do this several times to make sure that there is nothing left. Then you can finally put chocolate in the freezer.

You should check your chocolate molds after 5 to 10 minutes. The bigger the mold, the longer it takes but you can check if it is ready by looking at the back of the mold. If a graying figure appears on the bottom, this means it is ready to be removed from the mold.

Once they are removed, put them in a plate or in a box if you are going to give them away. You can be proud of yourself, you've successfully gone through my how to chocolate process. Now you can make your own chocolate any time you want.

Molds wash in hot water but never with soap because this would remove its stickiness.
It should be dried thoroughly using a dry piece of cloth and stored properly so it looks good as new when you need to use it again.
