If you have never done any meditation before, now would be a good time to start. Meditation does not necessarily have to be associated with a philosophy or religion, it can simply be a way of helping your body regain composure and putting your mind back in a state of relaxation. Sit cross legged on the floor, or lie down on your back. Practice breathing deeply and try to close your mind. After you begin to feel like you are in a more relaxed state of mind, imagine yourself being in some of those situations where you may have to know how to cure with panic attacks. Imagine that you are in those situations, and then imagine feeling confident and panic attack free. After enough practice, your panic attacks will eventually disappear, and you will then be able to take on any situation you are in, with the confidence you have learned to imagine in your mind.
