I deal with the stress too
I think I will be discussing all things stress. Stress has become a major concern in the U.S. and has become a major concern in our fast paced, balls to the wall society.

There truly are so many pieces of advice to be heard around the water cooler regarding stress. A lot of uninformed people will simply pass certain types of stress off as just being weak, or, brought on to themselves. This just simply isn't always the case. So many things cause stress in our lives that you cannot just pinpoint the stressor in a simplistic tone and cast it off with yesterdays news paper.
Now, there are a many number of things that can cause stress, but two very big causations of stress and anxiousness is the workplace and relationships, weather it be with a spouse or family and friends. This type of stress has been around since the days of the dinosaur, ok maybe not as long as the dinosaurs but you get my point. While we cannot choose our families, we can however choose our friends and hopefully we can choose our jobs. Although having the job choose you is an ongoing stressor for many people around the world. Other stressors like traffic, cell phones, media, are all relatively new. We are living in a world that just keeps getting faster and faster and the faster we go more stress will invade your life. So what can we do, we can learn how to deal with stress and we can also reach out for help. It seems that surrounding yourself with good people that care about you is a very solid and intelligent 1st step, however it seems that these people get harder to find every day. I know it is an overstated cliche, but we need to attack life one day at a time, and maybe even a good one a day vitamin for mental and physical health, too.
I thought I would revise and include some other links, that I will give some generic labels.
