    A good way to keep your lens updated is to log in every few days and just make some brief changes. Maybe switch around your tags or refresh them or switch up your video content. I've found this to be a valid way to boost and maintain my rating.

    I've only made a few lens myself and the tips are very useful. I can say that I haven't made the most out of Squidoo, still in the process.

    After you update your lenses, pop over to http://pingoat.com and ping them. I’ve found it faster, now that I have 7 lenses, to open Pingoat in 2 windows. This reduces waiting time. Copy your lens URL into both panels. - Gary | SquidooTactics
