Tips for falling asleep
- take a bath a few hours before going to bed.
- drinking a glass of milk before going to bed can help, just be sure and brush your teeth afterwards.
- create a ritual that is successful, then keep following that ritual that's worked for you before.
- sleep in a comfortable bed, there should be no stress on your body.
- considering reading in bed. one of the reasons you cant fall asleep is because your mind is racing. if you read, your mind will only focus on 1 thing, which helps.
- breathe deeply. start by breathing normally, then take deeper and deeper breaths. the deeper you breathe the closer you are to falling asleep
