Use Anywho to search through millions of public records. Great site.

2. White Pages

WhitePages is maybe the biggest free public record database on the internet. You can find literally anything about anyone there. You can search a persons name, do a reverse address and phone search and many other things. Check it out.

You can basically view almost all of them by writing "how to find a person" on Google or Yahoo. Here are some which I manually found and think they are good:

PeekYou

PeekYou is powered by Google. It searches through people's social networking accounts like hi5, MySpace and so on. Not bad.

Wink

Pretty same like PeekYou, you can narrow your focus to search for university, age and so on.

It is still in Beta. It uses multiple sources in order to get you the necessary information. Very promising.

Pipl

Great service to search the DEEP WEB, that is, pages Google or Yahoo can't index.
