Finding the Right Babysitter

So, your thinking, what do I have to do to find a good babysitter for my children. For me the first thing to do is to put an ad in different resources that are made available to the public. You need to decide the criteria and characteristics that you want in your babysitter. Keep in mind what age limit you are looking for. Will someone younger than 18 work for you maybe for a night out. Or, would you prefer someone older who would be able to watch them for longer periods of time. Other people prefer older babysitters that have already had children themselves.
