Knowing Is Half the Battle

There is a lot of horrible advice out there about weight gain. Most guys don't have a clue what they are talking about. Even the few that know some good advice about how to gain weight fast don't know anything about what stops a guy from gaining weight fast. The first three rules you must follow are below and a great tool is listed at the bottom of the third tip. Read up and get ripped!

Tip #1 - Stop Training Like A Meathead!

(or any other type of bodybuilder)

Too many guys jump into a workout routine trying to look like Mr. Universe. They do the same exercises, chug down the same protein shakes and end up seeing NO RESULTS! This is because your body isn't ready for that kind of routine. Most beginners don't realize that you don't gain muscle when you are working out, you gain when you are recovering. Get in and out of the gym FAST! Your body needs to get blasted with some really quality reps and then start the recovery process. The number one key to gaining some serious weight fast is recovery time!

Raise Your Testosterone Level

(in other words, don't be a girl)

Due to an enormous amount of factors, the testosterone level in most men has plummeted over the last fifty years. This means your body doesn't have the ability to gain muscle like your dad or granddad. Don't fret! There are exercises that are capable of skyrocketing your testosterone levels and you will immediately start to see gains. There are also a lot of foods that work either for or against you in the testosterone department. Make sure you do a little research and you will make gains that you never expected.

Quit Overtraining

(Do it right)

9 out of 10 guys would tell you that workout volume is the number one factor in making incredible gains. It is true but they usually think more training is the key. WRONG! Cycling your training in small increments is the only way to see true muscle gain. No one (and I mean you) should exercise more than 45 minutes at a time and you must have at least one (if not two or three) days of rest in between workouts. Remember the importance of recovery? It is not about the volume but the consistency and letting your body recuperate. These are the first steps but far from the last. Check out MUSCLE GAINING SECRETS NOW!
