There is a general wrong notion prevailing in the minds of the people that only genetically best and rich people could get the rock solid abs. Any person can achieve those tighter abdomen muscles irrespective of money and genetic physiology. Only things you should possess are the determination in mind and discipline. The efforts to get tighter abs not lies in kitchen alone and also does not lie in the gymnasium equipments. It is a combination of both exercising and diet. Concerned with your diet, reduce the quantity of your meals but at the same time increase the frequency of eating. With gymnasium practice, be practical and do not believe in spot reduction techniques and other gimmicks. Choose exercises that take of fats from your body and follow them even if they are simple. Eating Habits 

Consume healthy foods and avoid high calorie foods. Do not take foods that have fat contents in them. Make your meals small and eat at smaller time intervals to keep your body metabolism active resulting in exhaustion of fats.

Cardio Workouts 

Practice cardio exercise daily and uncover the abdomen devoid of fats. Walking, running, jogging and skipping are common cardio exercises which do not demand any equipment or special place to practice. Make it a habit that you do cardio exercise daily.

Abdomen Workouts 

Focus on your lower abdomen muscles in all regions like the lower, upper and oblique. To work out your lower abdomen, lie on the ground and bring your legs to chest. Sit squatting and bend down your trunk such that your chest touches your legs and follow similar exercises that strain your lower abdomen muscles.

To work your abdominal muscles in the sides, stand straight and twist your body towards the sides keeping your legs fixed. Do Russian belly twist exercise by sitting and twisting your body on your sides. Stand and bend your body down such that you touch your feet with hands. This will work your middle part of the abdomen.

The upper part of the abdomen muscles can be strained using the crunch exercises. All the exercises concentrate on exhausting the energy of that region by burning out the excess calories present in that region.

In all the abdomen exercises mentioned above, breathing factor is very important. The breathing should be in pace with the speed of the exercise. Good breathing will increase the metabolism in the body and helps in burning out calories.
