    [in reply to organic101 One reason we need to exercise as well as diet is when we do lose weight then the body is flabby not toned which looks just as bad as fat, especially in summer when people can see it. Thanks for stopping by.

    I have a hard time exercising. Can't push myself. I would much rather diet. :-)

    Great Lens Sonni. I think everyone should read the "Best Home Exercises- Prevent Back Pain" article. If you've ever been plagued by back problems, you know there's nothing more painful.

    You advice to use ice first and then switch to heat is right on the money!
