Wouldn't You Just Love To Have Michelle Obama's Sexy Arms?

What woman hasn't dreamed of having beautiful, sexy and toned arms, so she could wear all those sexy outfits in the summer?

I must admit that my arms are still in the "dream stage".
But now that The First Lady Michelle Obama has shown the world how
beautiful and sexy arms can be, I've decided to take
a different approach in my daily exercice routine.

I have found a few websites to help me in this process
and will be talking about them in this lens in the hope that
they will also be useful to other women.

She is stunningly beautiful from the inside out. Yeah, she has great arms too. Mine are, meh, oh well - scrubbing laundry every other day is helping them - ha. I better get those free weights out, it's always the tricep area that has a little extra shake (when I wave) that I hate.

I used to have arms like that back in the day when I practiced karate.....
Now I look like I could take off from a cliff and glide just with my arms........... Lol

I like her, She is in Great shape. But I have tried to go there I just can't anymore. I can.y lift more then 5Lbs. It goes to my neck(nerve damage) so I have to go on the way I am. But it is great for those who can. Nice lens!!

I really like that first video, but there's no way I could do it with 8 or 10 pound weights. Michelle Obama's arms are amazing, it's definitely worth a try.
