How to Improve Morale

Moral is one of the most important parts of a business or nonprofit organization.   When morale is high, profits are high.  When morale is low, profits are usually low.

Improve the morale at your company, and boost your profits.

5 Ideas to improve morale

Here are 5 ideas of how you can improve moral in your company

  • Pajama day - Have a designated day at work where all employees can where their favorite pajamas
  • Movie night - Most movie theatres will allow you to rent out a movie theatre and having a private showing. Make sure you set aside some money and purchase popcorn, junk food, and sodas for everyone
  • Bring you dog day - This is great as long as you don't work in the food business. Have a day where everyone can bring their dogs to work
  • Company BBQ - Close the office early on a Friday and have a free BBQ for your employees and their families
  • Shopping spree - Grab the company credit card, and take all your employees to the mall. Give everyone a walkie talkie and when they find something they want, have them radio you, then you run to them and purchase their item
