My name is Mike and from a young age I have struggled with maintaining a healthy weight. This is a small lens designed to give you information on how to lose weight without exercise. I will also review some products that shall hopefully help you in achieve your weight loss goals.
How to lose weight without exercise
there are many ways to lose weight without exercise, but my favourite has to be following the easy steps listed below:1. Healthy diet
2. Mindset
3. Motivation
4. Products (Such as diet pills.)
I will be covering each of these below.
Healthy Diet, Motivation and Mindset
the 3 key words for losing weight.
Believe it or not you really do not have to focus on exercise to get results when trying to lose weight. There are many other methods out there. So I thought I'd post my own opinion to get you started.The first thing I asked myself when I started my weight loss journey was how badly do I want to lose weight? Its an important question because if you are not 100% committed you will never ever see the results you want! If you are 100% committed read on!
I find the best practice to stay motivated is to keep a log or diary of how much weight I have lost each week. When the going gets tough you can refer back to this and see how much you have achieved the past few weeks, and if you give up now it will be all for nothing. It really helped me get in the right mindset.
Other options is to take a mins break from working each day to view some motivational videos on youtube. You can find many of these just by typing in the search bar weight loss motivation on YouTube.com. This always brings a smile back to my face when im down.
Remember losing weight is 50% motivation and mindset you get that in order, half the battle is won.
Finally there are some really good food supplements/ diet pills out there that really do work and have been proven to work countless times by those who have taken them. These should not replace your regular diet as most of them act as appetite suppressors, which allows you to cut out some of the extra food you take on board.
