Make Money Online

An Informative Review

Do you ever get frustrated trying to find websites that actually pay? I've read review after review of gpt sites and they're all the same thing. The person says what a great site it is. Then they say they've made tons of money with that site. Sometimes they might even post a proof of payment picture. But they never actually give you any information. about the site itself.
Well, that's what I'm here to do. I've picked 6 of my favorite gpt websites, the ones that consistently make me the most money with the least amount of hassle. I'm going to give you just the facts for each site; what they pay, how they pay and when they pay. Then you can make an informed decision about whether or not it sounds like a website you'd like to be a part of.

Just a quick question.

A little explanation

Inbox Dollars

Type: GPT
What they pay: cash
How the pay: check
When they pay: A couple weeks after you request a check
Minimum payout: $30.00
Do you need a credit card?: no
Do you recieve e-mail?: Yes. Up to 6 paid emails a day, and a monthly newsletter
What they pay for:
searching the web: .01 per search
    paid email: .02
    daily survey: .50

no cc offers: up to $2
    cc offers: up to $25
    shopping: up to 20%
coupons: 10 cents per coupon printed and redeemed
tasks: up to $2 per task
    videos: .02 - .04
games: .05 for every $1 spent
    referrals: 10%

The reason I love Inbox Dollars so much is because they have a very high approval rate for the offers I've done. In 2 1/2 years, I've only had 8 offers not approve. Plus, some of their offers are out of this world. I once bought an ink cartridge through one of their offers. I paid $5 for the cartridge and got $10 back from Inboxdollars. Another time, I deposited $10 into a gaming account. Inboxdollars then gave me $20 & the gaming website gave me $10. Plus I was able to withdraw it all (including my original $10 deposit). So I made 30 bucks without spending a penny!

Opinion Outpost

Type: Survey
What they pay: Opinion Points (10=$1)
How the pay: Paypal, Amazon, Citibank, Restaurant.com
When they pay: Instantly for Paypal, Amazon gift card and Restaurant.com gift card. Citibank takes a day or so.
Minimum payout: $5
Do you need a credit card?: no
Do you recieve e-mail?: Yes. Every time they have a survey for you.
What they pay for: targeted surveys: up to $20

Opinion Outpost is one of my favorite survey sites because they match me to surveys using the profilers I filled out when I joined, so I have a much better chance of actually being able to complete the surveys.

Swagbucks

Search & Win
Type: GPT
What they pay: Swag Bucks(10=$1)
How the pay: paypal, gift cards or other merchandise
When they pay: within 15 days
Minimum payout: 20 swagbucks
Do you need a credit card?: no
Do you recieve e-mail?: no
What they pay for:
    searching the web: varied amount
    daily poll: 1 sb
shopping: 2 sb for every $1 spent
    survey: up to 100 sb
cc offers: up to 13,201 sb
no cc offers: up to 225 sb
referrals: you earn whatever they earn

I have to admit. I didn't like Swagbucks when I first joined. I just didn't think it was worth it. So I didn't log in for a couple months. Now here I am admitting I was wrong! I use the Swagbucks toolbar to search for stuff and just by doing that, I've earned enough to cash out for $50 in gift cards.

I love Swag bucks! i forget about it until it starts flashing to remind me I can cash in! Usually amazon vouchers...fantastic, and I do nothing except what I am doing online anyway.

I like opinion outpost. I just got a check from them for $89.00. I didn't realize I had that much in my account. I had to let go of In Box. It was just too long to get enough money to cash out. I did one time and made about $30.00
  • Margo_Arrowsmith Nov 26, 2010 @ 4:37 pm | delete
    Thanks for your honesty!

I'm having too much fun on Squidoo to be motivated to try these survey sites. I like writing and being creative and providing information for people to find. Squidoo is perfect for that.
  • Othercat Nov 19, 2010 @ 9:05 pm | delete
I know what you mean. I find myself spending the bare minimum amount of time on those other sites because I spend so much time on Squidoo. I don't make as much here as I do on the other sites, but I enjoy it more.
  • Axel_the_Critic Oct 25, 2010 @ 3:38 pm | delete
I think i'll use sidestick, swagbucks and maybe cash gopher. Thanks for adding!
  • rumbling Sep 11, 2010 @ 5:55 am | delete
I have tried few of those sites and the problem is most offers are only for US and Canada. There are some offers for UK as well. But if you are from a country like Sri Lanka it is very hard to get a decent income. Thanks for sharing though
