How To Make Cheese
Here is a step to step guide on how to make cheese,
You need around 4 and a half hour the first day, stirring and waiting and 2 and a half hour the second day.

Warm the milk at 66 degree C (150 F) for 30 minutes, to kill all bacterias (Pasteurize)
Then cool it down to 33 degree C (92 F)
Add a cheese culture
Leave it for 40 minutes
Add rennet
Leave the milk for another 40 minutes
It has now become curd, and you need to cut it
Leave for 5 minutes
Stir the curd for 15 minutes
Let the curd rest for 10 minutes
Drain of the liquid (whey)
Add washing water
Raise the temperature of the curd to 33 degree C (92 F)
Stir for another 25 minutes until it reaches the descired consistency.
Scoop it out and drain the cheese for 30 minutes
Turn it around
Leave the cheese overnight to drain
Brine the cheese for 2 hours 15 minutes
Then cool it down to 33 degree C (92 F)
