Hi I'm Mark and today i will be your Latte artist
Born in Australia working in a Coffee house in N.S.W. I'm extremely passionate about coffee and can offer advice on anything coffee related.My goal is to compete against some of the best latte artist in the world in the next barista championships.
Every video Produced was made officially for this lens. They were all made originally by me for the efforts of this blog.
My life as a latte artist
Thats right i create latte art for a living! Its my passion its my life! Its not hard so who ever told you it was is telling you a fib. It just takes a bit of practice and some real advice.The two most important parts of the latte art process are:
1: Your coffee bean (espresso)
you must be able to get a nice espresso full and rich of Creme to produce a nice polished master piece.
2. Nice polished milk
Once you have mastered milk texturing which can be achieved in hours you will find that your latte art will look stunning.
Once you have a combination of the perfect espresso shot and polished milk your ready to go!
Latte art should be poured slowly just like you will see in the videos below. You want to lift the creme to the top to get a unique polished look.

- great job man! i'm latte artist myself and i hate when people don't apreciate the way you prepare their drinks and latter art on top. to a latte artist to another, i wanted to say great job. ps people i also seen the video 'Advanced Barista Training- Extreme Pours' it is great way to learn latte art, you have the some great baristas in it, like Chris and Billy.
