How To Make Money On The Internet In 3 Easy Steps

Just like in the last make money on the Internet lesson I gave, you'll need to find something that you can promote. You'll want to look for something that interest you. Let's say you're a handyman and you love a certain website like Rockler.

You'd visit their website to see if they have an affiliate program. You're in luck because I happen to know that Rockler does. But maybe you found another site. I always look at the sidebars and the footer for their affiliate programs. Once you find a store with an affiliate program, find one or two items that you want to sell.

For the sake of this lesson, let's assume you chose a cabinet jig from Rockler to sell. The following steps will tell you how to make money with this program.

For this exercise, you won't need a website or hosting. We're going to promote this product with article marketing. To begin, you'll need to have accounts at several social sites.

I start out with a popular product and I write reviews of these products. I start by having accounts here at Squidoo and at other social sites like HubPages and InfoBarrel.

I create at least 5 pages on each of these sites. They will be either reviews or how-to articles telling how to get the most out of a product or service. This is why it's crucial you have a good understanding of whatever you're selling

Once I get those 5 pages for each site written, I then go to GoArticles and write another 5 pages of content and link back to everyone of those pages. This will help them get indexed.

Now if you do have a website, that's good also. I've made mini review sites using Blogger. Just create a Blogger account and create 5 post on it about your product or service.

Now, those 5 pages you created in Squidoo, Hubpages and InfoBarrel will have to be promoted. Make sure you've put your affiliate tracking code in links on each of those pages. It won't do you much good if people click your links and you haven't put your code in there. It will be freebies for the parent company where you're sending the traffic!

New I go to EzineArticles and GoArticles as well as ArticleBase and 1 article promoting each of the pages on my sites. Keep in mind, with EzineArticles they won't let you use your affiliate link to point to an affiliate program. This is where Blogger comes in handy. You can point all your EzineArticle links to your Blogger blog.

What this does is gives your pages more authority and help them rank higher. The higher your rank for your keywords, the more traffic you will get from the search engines. This brings targeted traffic to your pages or website and thus they turn into buyers.

It's really that simple. Don't get me wrong, it's a lot of time and effort put forth learning how to make money on the Internet, but if you remain patient and focused, you can do it.
