You can think of Google AdSense in two different ways. You can think of it as a mean for your website to make money - or as a mean to make money with your website.

I hear some of you say: "So - smarty pants! You just found two different way to say the same thing - huh?"

I'm glad you asked! Let me tell you what the difference is.....

The difference is the content of your website. In the first case you already have a website with content on it. If it's been online for some time - you already have people visiting your site. All you want now is to place some ads on your site, to help you generate some income. If you do, your worst enemy isn't going to be put-off visitors. It is going to be.... Google! Google doesn't like rubbish cut-and-paste keyword-packed content very much. In the unlikely event that they actually approve a site with such content - you've got next to no chance of getting click-throughs.

Why? Because first and foremost you build your website for human beings - not AdSense robots! Your visitors need to find the information they came to your site for.
