Lighting is also important to shoot a video. Early morning sunlight is prefer mostly. But it's not always possible. So if you need to buy some lighting kit or adjust your shoot in good light.
Some video editing software, screen capture software etc will accord your requirements. Every camera comes with some video editing software so you can install it in your computer.
