They are forced to keep these feelings bottled up inside, and they build up pressure. This is where Heavy Metal music comes in. It allows a healthy release of this pent up aggression through music.Your music provides an essential outlet through which people can identify and feel the way they need to feel without anyone getting hurt. Remember this as you write and play music. The worlds most successful metal bands do a good job conveying this.

I struggled a long time with being able to play fast heavy metal, I wasted a lot of money and time..
In fact, I nearly gave up on playing Heavy Metal altogether...My friends laughed at me, which discouraged me at first, but it was actually good because I got mad and that made me more determined.
