How to read without glasses

It is possible to repair your vision and read without glasses. To accomplish anything you must have an open mind. A Closed mind can not learn anything. A open mind opens the possibility to learning new things. This is why some people are able to do things that other people can not do. You can learn something from almost anyone as long as you keep an opened mind. Many people close their minds to any possibility and they say, "that want work" or "that is impossible". Anyone who has invented or started something new has been either "laughed at" or "told that want work". God is, a God of the living and God loves to use his power to help mankind.

Our Eyes are not designed to work on the computer all day, or watch television, or play video games. We need to learn how to exercise our eyes and to relax our eyes. Relax your eyes every 15 minutes you spend on the computer. If you wear glasses, get a pair which is designed for computer use. We need to learn to take better care of our eyes.

How to read without glasses

I took the read without glasses method from www.withoutglasses.com/ and found that this method did improve my eye sight. Like anything though, you have to use the method and practice for improvement.

Eye care at home is a good option for eyes and it often involves treating things that have been bothering you. You can do several things such as applying cool cucumber slices to them is something you often see on TV, but this can actually help. You can also use a potato with the peel or cotton soaked in lukewarm milk on and applies that to area for 15 to 20 minutes while you relax. You should take proper food and vitamins. Vitamin A is really good for eye vision, fortified milk, papaya, eggs and fish, even cilantro are good source of vitamin A.

I'm skeptical about Lasik's I have friends with horror stories...I try to read and see without glasses(I don't use contacts anymore) and find that sometimes I don't realize my glasses are off..of course I use them to drive cause my license requires it...I love what you said, "God is, a God of the living and God loves to use his power to help mankind."

This is quite good, i found 'The Read Without Glasses Method' here in the UK also. I could buy it from www.withoutglasses.co.uk. I used it for three weeks and i really saw some great improvements. I recommend this for anyone who is suffering from Presbyopia or middle aged sight. Great product!!!

Nice lens... I'm considering Lasik myself. Everyone I know who has had it done raves about it.

How to read without glasses

Paul McCartney demonstrating a series of yoga eye stretches that he learned years ago when he visited India!

It's straight-forward and clear, yet charming and quirky, in a slightly Beatle-esque kind of way.

Watch Paul below.

Those of you familiar with the Program Better Vision already know these eye stretches - they're one of the 25 different processes comprehensively organized into The Program.

The yoga tradition is not the only one that contains a methodology for improving vision.

Concentrate on the three dots in the image to the right for 30 seconds and then look at the wall.

How to read without glasses

Recently I took my Mom to the Eye Doctor in Memphis Tenn to schedule her cataract surgery. I realized while I was there, that there is a problem in this country, Thousands of People go there everyday for surgery. We are not exercising our eyes enough and we are not relaxing our eyes. The foods we eat may not contain the vitamins we need. Be sure and watch Paul McCarthy on Youtube demonstrate eye yoga and watch the video on eye relaxation. Our eyes are not meant for what we use them for. If we do what everybody else does we will get what everybody else gets. If we do not do what we need to do daily we will end up just like everybody else. Dare to be different. Good Luck with your new programs. If you do what everybody else does, you will get what everybody else gets. Again dare to be different.
