Bankruptcy Removal

When you are forced to file for bankruptcy it is already a huge pain, but later on after all is said and done is when the real pain begins. Depending on whether you filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy or a chapter 7 bankruptcy, it could linger on your credit report for 7 years or up to 10 years, respectively. After you have recovered and paid your dues, so to speak, it would be nice to know how to remove a bankruptcy from your credit report. What I would like to know is this: is it possible to remove a bankruptcy? And what about this: Is it legal to remove a bankruptcy? That is the question... I don't care what uninformed finance people have to say...I want to really know if this is possible.

I like to write long rambling posts on removing a bankruptcy so that I can get the word out. It would be nice to make some progress here. Easy enough, right? I feel trapped in the finance world and I'm not sure what to do about it. Our economy sucks! Blah! It's no wonder so many people are in financial trouble. Just look around, why don't you? Duhhhh... Somebody wake up here! I'm sure no one will, but still...I can hope!

Can a bankruptcy be deleted? Can a bankruptcy be removed? Someone please tell me!!! Bankruptcy removal is a major pain in my backside and I wanna know if I can get on with my life now! Tell me! Tell me! Come on people...tell me!

In closing, I'd like to remind everyone out there who is in trouble to take a deep breath and visualize financial success and successfully removing a bankruptcy from a credit report.
