I know what it's like to make tons of products, haul them near and far to craft shows, set everything up, bake in the hot hot sun, (or pouring down rain - I swear, it's never a happy medium!), only to sell a few things and have to pack it all up and take it back home.
Been there, done that. HATED IT!! Over the past few years, I have sold thousands of handmade items on eBay! I started out small, and then grew so fast I had to stop taking orders. I couldn't keep up! (not a bad thing, mind you!) That was then, this is now. I had to cut way back on my crocheting, my bursitis way getting WAY out of hand.
Now I sell crochet pattern and other craft patterns and books, as well as my kids' outgrown things (clothes and toys), and odds n' ends. One day, I just may get back into selling handmade crafts, I really miss it! I currently do not have my ebay store, but am in the process of re-opening it. I tried to go back to work (at a brick and mortar store), but had to give that up because of my kids. I have made the decision that my children's well-being is WAY more important than money, even the way things are right now. Kids grow up so fast, I don't want to miss any more of their childhood!
