How to Stop Bad Breath besides Not Breathing
Stopping ordinary bad breath isn't hard at all if you're willing to do just a few things regularly every day.
The whole deal is that your mouth is full of bacteria and some of those are responsible for almost all of bad breath. The way to get rid of bad breath is to reduce the number of anaerobic bacteria and their sulfur smelling waste products. Notice I said reduce, not get rid of. These bacteria belong in your mouth, but you don't need to have bajillions of them, and you certainly don't need all of those waste products that smell so bad and that you can see when you see a coated tongue.
What do you do? There are four top things that keep normal bad breath at bay. Brush your teeth two or three times daily. Floss two or three times daily. Clean your tongue daily, especially before bed and when you wake up. It's better to use a tongue scraper gently than to use your toothbrush. The last easy thing is to rinse your mouth with water after eating and to drink water throughout the day.
