3 Main Things That Will Keep You Feeling Tired!

You may not like them or maybe you will but keep them into consideration when tiredness makes you drag your way through the day!

#1 - Sleeping too much

You don't need 9 -12 hours of sleep. Believe it or not the longer you sleep the more tired you will end up feeling the next morning, and throughout the day.

Try it out one night, sleep less, much less like 5 hours of sleep time.

Record how you feel and remember to eat breakfast your body needs the energy. Even eat something small but do NOT drink an energy drink or coffee.

For example try: Cereal, Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, banana etc... Don't eat anything with an extreme amount of sugar or caffeine because you will crash and burn. You can quote me on that!

#2 - Dringking Energy Drinks or Coffee

This is bad and unless you plan on drinking either or ever hour on the hour your body will crash and have you feeling more tired then you where before the energy drink or coffee.

They do work, im not taking anything away from that, but you now know what will happen after that caffeine rush goes away... tiredness!

What most people don't also know is that lots of caffeine consumption can possible cause anemia which is an Iron deficiency and a vitamin B deficiency which can be a major cause of you constantly feel tired.

#3 Not Eating or Over Eating

EAT! But don't eat too much. Many of us complain about feeling really tired after eating a heavy meal (lots of food).

Well the truth is after you eat 5 cheese burgers a large fry and 2 cokes your blood rushes to your stomach to aid with the digesting process thus making you feel really tired.

How to fix this don't eat huge meals. I know it's hard when the food your eating is just so good! You will feel a lot better I promise.

I don't want to dive right into eating healthy but i might just have to. It's up to you actually!

The trick to having energy throughout the whole day is eating something every few hours. Not full blown meals every 3 hours but something.

Example:

8:00 am Cereal and Banana

11:00 am Granola bar and water

1:00 pm Some good old pasta (Not a tub of paste just a reasonable size plate of it) and some bread if you like.

4:00 pm Some kind of snack (small snack)

you get the idea... this is just an example

The End Tiredness Program!

So I told all you guys about the inside peek and the answers to your tiredness problem. Everything up top is an addition to The End Tiredness Program.

Here is a little insiders report and how it helped me have the energy of a 10 year old kid...

End Tiredness Program
Notes:

  • Authors: Tina Hagen & Peter Novak and no they are not licensed practitioners.

  • End Tiredness Program is 144 pages of really important material to stop being so tired all the time

  • They go over how your sleeping habits are the most common cause of tiredness.

  • Tina and Peter review the 5 devastatingly important stages of sleep that can be the answer to all your problems.

  • You get a custom spread sheet sleep log in which you will be logging your sleeping habits like times you go to sleep and wake up to help you get quality sleep which will in fact help you eliminate your tiredness vs. quantity of sleep which does nothing for you but make you feel tired.

  • They explain how interrupted sleep cycles are what really make you tired and how to avoid them.

  • The snooze button is a killer.

  • 6 other factors that can't be explained here but do add to your tiredness throughout the day.

  • I have personally been a victim of sleeping like 10 hours a night and slapping that snooze button every morning to get that extra 3 minutes of snooze time in, that are awesome.

But I had it all wrong and the End Tiredness Program helped me create new sleeping habits and how to cope with all the stress I have.

I can seriously say: I feel like a new person these days without the tiredness and full of energy. No more yawning all day long at the office, taking little naps in the bathroom at work lol, I mean utilizing the facilities for an extended period of time.

So if you want to get that pep back and your sick and tired of being tired check out the End Tiredness Program.
