Thanks for the info, great post! I have been researching how to market and also how to market on squidoo. I think you have great resources like the Squidoo Marketing Email Course. Thought that was a great "Advertising How To" course. Thanks

If you are not posting great content, you are simply not a star out there. If you find no interests towards you, that's because you need better content right away. People are sniffing for something good enough to stay back, else there's always better fodder online. That's a biggie!
Thanks by pay by sms team.

I feel like people underestimate the useful aspects of marketing on Facebook. Sometimes individuals believe that it is strictly something used by individuals to connect with friends. However, that's exactly the benefit. People are able to share connect with their friends, even pages that you yourself created! I appreciate the useful information you've presented here!

Wow, this is a terrific lens on Facebook marketing. I really like how well you explain the marketing strategy with the 5 key elements, and your products look great. The Facebook song was hilarious too, haha! Thanks.

Great lens shared by you. It's really informative for us. As I am promoting information related to Video Conferencing Solutions, I was unable to use Facebook in a proper way. Now by reading your lens I think I can carry forward easily. Thanks for sharing friend. Keep updating.

GREAT lens. Facebook is also great for Facebook Deals, another way to advertise to your fans. I think it is even better than Groupon.

    Ron,

I wanted to thank you for offering the SqudooRoo Social Media training course. Just ordered it today and I am very excited to get started on my first lesson.

I have been involved in Internet Marketing for just the past few months. Most of my time has been spent working on my blog. I am active in article and video marketing as well. Social Media has always intimidated me and I hope that through your course I will gain the confidence to take advantage of this medium. Once again, thank you.
  • ronpass Apr 2, 2011 @ 7:39 pm | delete
Welcome aboard Michael - you have joined a number of top Squidoo Lensmasters who are participating as well. The course is designed for people like yourself who are willing to take action - e.g. your blogging, article marketing and video marketing. Looking forward to working with you.

The following lens talks about the inner journey involved in the SquidooRoo Program and social media marketing:
SquidooRoo and the Yellow Brick Road

Top notch lens! Hey have you seen all the new changes Facebook just rolled out for their fan pages? I just posted a lens about it that I thought you might be interested in: http://www.squidoo.com/new-facebook-fan-pages

Well done... Very nice lens. But I see many comments of people who are a little bit confuse on how to monetize FB and even Squidoo. Here is a little help:
Use your social media profiles to generate a great amount of people that will like to interact with you and that have a passion for the same thing as you. Don't promote anything on Facebook directly, only content pages like your lenses. Create a fan page if you really want to monetize FB, but instead of selling promote a blog or get email leads which is better.

First off let me thank you for your very thoughtful comments on some of my lenses.. wow, you read them, which if a novel thought to me when seeking out comments, lol. There is of course a tendency for people to breeze though lenses to post a generic comment.
I confess to being on Facebook WAY too much. It has been a very useful tool for me though. I have used it to reach out to people regarding my husband's plight with the VA and his lack of care from them for his Agent Orange/Vietnam related illness. I posted a request for help on FB and people actually did respond with helpful suggestions.
I post my art on FB as well and hype it often.. smile. It helps the day as some days as an artist there is a need for some feedback and encouragement. I get that on FB as well as through my tweeting and Stumble Upon's.
So YAY to this lens as it gives me some focus. Thank you.

I really enjoy advertising on Facebook. You can really get some laser targeted visitors to your site. Id say start with a budget of about $20 per day and you will see results immediately. Best of luck with Facebook advertising.

Great info. I just started with facebook a couple of months ago with a personal page and have now added a business page for partybuzz which features party tips. The only problem I have with it, is that you can't have two seperate fb accounts...one for personal and one for business. Or, at least I haven't found a way to do that. Thanks for the great info here.
