"I (you) CANNOT VERIFY The ACCURACY NOR THE COMPLETENESS OF... what YOUR FIRM (the CRA) has/is currently reporting on Me!
And further I REQUEST YOU to acknowledge My Dispute and IMMEDIATELY INVESITGATE THIS COMPLAINT. Specifically for the following Records/Accounts as they're neither Accurate nor Complete as you are reporting them-

1). Blow-My-Dollars clothing store ACCOUNT # 10145679901

2). Needles-Mark-Ups fashion store ACCOUNT # 98765432102 and

3). Money Fields Department stores ACCOUNT # 12345678903

The FCRA Law requires that the CRA (credit bureaus) must both VERIFY and CONFIRM COMPLETENESS of the Account History they report or DELETE the listing entry should they fail to or verify as Both COMPLETE AND ACCURATE.

1). Create your dispute letter as a business style in a [TO / FROM] format.

2). Dispute EACH and EVERY NEGATIVE by stating the NAME of CREDITOR and ACCOUNT#

3). CC: [CARBON COPIED] TO the Follow 'BOSSES' over the CRAs and/or CREDITORS BANKS STORE ACCOUNTS, etc. You Plan to Dispute [see above].

a. STATE THE First Name and Last Names of The CRA Case Worker in Your US Congressional Representative's Ofc.
b. Your STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL's OFFICE of CONSUMER AFFAIRS.[First Name and Last Name of CRA Case Worker in that Ofc.] and
c. The FTC (Federal Trade Commission)

4). Address Each of the above agencies CC:'d AT the BOTTOM SIGNED of the Letter.

5). SEND FIRST CLASS MAIL SIGNED -RETURN RECEIPT
Once your letter makes it to the CRAs Credit reporting agencies [currently there are 3 Major ones] one and/or all of these credit bureaus MUST BY LAW Investigate Your Disputes and would not Dare DISMISS Them as FRIVOLOUS or VAGUE.

6). FAX EMAIL and/or SNAIL MAIL your copy of the Dispute letter the above agencies. (a.,b.,and c. listed above). Google Search or White-Pages
to look up the proper agency and elected representatives.

NOTE: DO NOT FILE COMPLAINTS --Just YET!
The mere act of CC:ing of the Governmental and enforcement agencies is Only to show You Got a BIG STICK should the CRAs fail to adhere to the Laws.
And this is done to also show the CRAs that: you know your stuff and my BIG Brother is Watching Too!

Finally after all the mailing and faxing and/or emailing is done file your letters and communications away for future reference. And That's It!!!
