I found out I had intestinal parasites and worms

I had been feeling a little unwell for quite some time. On and off for a few years I would notice my energy would sometimes suffer.

I got bowel cramps quite often and stomach pains.

I tried lots of things to try and handle it. One thing that seemed to help for a few months would be doing a detox and an intestinal cleanse. This would make me feel better for a while.

Then unfortunately the symptoms would return.

So doing an intestinal cleanse definitely helped, but I still wasn't satisfied or feeling 100%.

I didn't really have a problem going to the bathroom. Some days would seem better than others though!

I know that this is kinda embarrassing but I wanted to share the info I found out becasue it really helped me.

After visiting my doctor a number of times he suggested seeing someone. At first I was sceptical as it was some kind of alternative medicine consultant.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, she wondered whether it could have been parasites. Yes - human parasites.

She asked if I had been in contact with any animals or been abroad to any exotic locations.

I wish...

Then I realised that I had been to an Island off the coast of Spain and there I had fallen and cut my arm. It was on a farm and whilst there were no exotic animals around, I started to wonder if I had picked something up.

Anyway, I didn't fancy being probed and prodded by the medical profession, so I asked the lady what I could do.

She suggested that I do a parasite cleanse.

Again I was a little skeptical, but not too skeptical because as I said, I had done some detoxing in the past.

I decided to do it and it was a lot easier than I thought.

After making up my mind to give it a go she recommended a couple of companies to me and I decided on a company called Organic Nutrition Products. Mainly because I am into organic food most of the time and also because they were actually less expensive.

I sent them an email before buying and they answer my query promptly and I thought I'd give it a go.

I decided to do what they call the Ultimate anti parasite course.

It involves doing an intestinal cleanse first and then doing the parasite treatment.

Anyway, the detox took about two weeks and then the parasite cleanse took 16 days.

I can only say that after it I felt much better and three months later none of my symptoms have returned. I am really quietly ecstatic.

Fingers crossed everything is back to normal.

They also have a interesting page on human parasites. So I am very grateful to them and it has made me very curious about parasites in general and if I wasn't quite so squeamish it is something I would have liked to have researched more.
