Rubber Boots to School? How Can This Be Cool?
Hunters Wellies of any color would have been the last thing I ever wanted to wear to school. Mom thought rubber boots were cool and I disagreed.
In spite of all protesting the boots came out at the first sign of bad weather. Reluctantly, I wore red rubber boots to school for a long time.
Who knew that the foul-weather-footwear, the former scourge of teen fashion, would become as popular as the Queen herself.

Hunter Boots go back as far the 19th century and were used primarily as work boots. Today they are worn for lots of reasons including work, weather protection and just for fashion and fun.
The Company's early clientele was mostly British. However, the company grew exponentially over the decades and now operates globally and is the supplier of waterproof footwear to HM The Queen and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh.
