CodeRed notifications and outdoor sirens have the same purpose, to alert residence to severe conditions, but they are designed to work in different ways. Sirens generally fo off throughout the entire city during an emergency, however, CodeRED may only be used to call subscribers in immediate danger. For example, during a tornado warning, sirens may be going off in the entire city of Fargo, while the warning area may only include a specific portion of the city. Fargo is the largest city in the U.S state of North Dakota in Cass County

In 2008, Fargo's population was estimated at nearly 100,806 and it had an estimated metropolitan population of 192,417. Fargo, along with its twin city Moorhead, Minnesota, as well as adjacent West Fargo, North Dakota and Dilworth, Minnesota, form the center of the Fargo-Moorhead, ND-MN Metropolitan.
The city of Fargo is the crossroads and economic center of a large portion of eastern ND and a portion of northwestern MN. Fargo is a manufacturing, retail, educational, and health care hub for the region. Fargo is home to North Dakota State University, and the NDSU Bison. Fargo was founded in 1871. The newspaper is the Fargo Forum, and the cities motto is "Gateway to the West".
Fargo was in the early days was a stopping point for steamboats floating down the Red River during the 1870's and 1880's. The city of Fargo originally was named "Centralia" but was renamed to "Fargo" in honor of Northern Pacific Railway director and Wells Fargo Express Company founder William Fargo.

North Dakota Solar Power Tax Credits
North Dakota has 2 solar energy programs, Renewable Energy Tax Credit, Renewable Energy Property Tax Exemption. The 1st program is a corporate tax credit, and will help you cover 15% (3% per year over 5 years) of applicable taxes. The 2nd program focuses primarily on residential property tax and will help you cover 100% for 5 years. Solar power is where its at with all the giant wind generators we have in North Dakota.

- Fascinating lens as always, Tipi. Hubby and I sat one night for a couple hours watching several UFOs hover over rural areas before zooming beyond the horizon in a split second.
We weren't drunk and it wasn't our imagination.

- Stunning, startling and at times horrifying. Awesome UFO images. I'm quite sure the comet-like images are actually skydivers at night with magnesium flares. Fascinating caller "from Area 51." I too, like Swisstoons, think it was a hoax(a good one)! ~ Although I've heard James Berkland's earthquake predictions before, I didn't realize they had to do with the Moon. Definitely needs to be more thoroughly researched. ~ Fargo local news provided comic relief. I'm off to buy those running shoes now. (BTW, last night I watched a YouTube interview with former astronaut Buzz Aldrin, the 2nd man to set foot on the Moon, with evidence of alien architecture and showing NASA footage of UFO.)

- Some of the phenomena in the skies over China, Jerusalem and elsewhere around the world on one of the videos are definitely intriguing. But it would be hard to convince me that the caller to the Art Bell show was not a hoaxer. As for the transmitter, it would be easier for me to believe that someone in league with the caller was responsible for that than to believe that "multi-dimensional beings" were attacking the Art Bell show. :) Very interesting lens, though, Susie! Maybe we'll have some answers before 2012 ends...? :)

- Not for sure but it is an unidentified flying object. I've studied lots on NASA and the Space Shuttle. Since the US started it's space program it now has to watch out for debris in space before launching anything. It has a bigger effect than the weather. Our outer-space has became a junkyard in the sky. So Sad that our Space Shuttle's could not or would not retrieve these objects and recycle them. I've bookmarked this lens for future reference.

- Now I know you are very knowledgeable in this area and I sure do appreciate your informed visit and I thank you for sharing that information and am touched be that bookmark. What an innovation that could have been for the Space Shuttle to have collected that debris somehow...good thinking my friend!
