Why can't my husband sleep at night?

At this moment in time there is such financial instability in the world. Banks are collapsing, stocks are dropping dramatically, and some of us have lost as much of 50% of our investments. Perhaps my husband is not sure if his job is safe? I wake up and the bed is empty and his side cold.
No mater what age you are, what you are doing, or how successful you are, most of us have always got something going on that may fill our attention: small or big problems, some uncertainty causing fear, worry or dissatisfaction in your life, your career or at home - the reasons vary %u2026. My stock is continually falling, or our investors may choose not to invest, or why can't I have children, or my child has a problem, or my husband is not earning enough money, or my husband is in love with another or someone is sick in the family or my child is not married yet. Any of these and any other reason can weigh us down and lead to worry, stress and perhaps even affect our sleep.

So how can we be free within? How can we be less anxious and enjoy life more? How can we put the stress aside and be happy? The answer lies in being conscious and mindful. What does this mean? Awakening to one's life is liberating. It involves a feeling of freedom and peace from one's problems. It's not that these "problems", uncertainties or challenges disappear, however you see these in a different light. You can live from moment to moment with a passion and a purpose and the outside or external factors can have much less of a negative influence on your inner state or being.
You can sleep at night. This is partly because the awakened or conscious individual has a strong belief in life unfolding exactly as it should. That although it may not seem so at any one time, your life is exactly as it should be because it is. Within this you have a choice of resistance to what is or to accept what is. Learning acceptance and then taking action in the moment is so uplifting it is enlightening and filled with such a strong and vibrant energy, it empowers and frees. Jon Kabat-Zinn uses a metaphor of our life being like the ocean. Some days the ocean is calm and other times stormy. Together with a Life Coach, Mentor, Teacher or Counselor we can learn to surf those waves and become good surfers no matter how tough the storm?
Wellbeing Life Coaching that involves mindfulness can be life transforming and can greatly reduce stress, anxiety and worry. Coaching that is based on a mindfulness approach is a process of self exploration where we gently reflect with purposeful consciousness on our thoughts, emotions and sensations as they occur in the moment. This Life Coaching encompasses a process of insight and inquiry that can lead to personal development and inner freedom. You may be at a substantial financial loss, you directly experience this, and you know that this too shall pass.
