Hypertension

Hypertension, also known as HTN, HPN, or High Blood Pressure, is a medical condition where that involves chronically elevated blood pressure. Hypertension is known as the silent killer and can lead to strokes, heart attacks, heart failure, or arterial aneurysm. While hypertension can be very dangerous, information can be your biggest weapon. That is why I created this lens.

Are Cardiovascular Disease and Hypertension Related?

The Link Between Hypertension and Cardiovascular Disease - Does it Exist?

Hypertension is considered the "silent killer", and for good reason. The link between hypertension and cardiovascular disease is very real. Too often high blood pressure goes untreated due to mild symptoms and is therefore diagnosed too late. This is why stories of people only 35 years old dying from a sudden cardiac arrest are all too common. They need treatment but do not realize it until it is too late and their heart gives out.

What Are The Statistics Saying About Cardiovascular Disease And Hypertension?

The statistics show that three in every five people who die of heart attack did previously suffer from hypertension. It is true that cardiovascular disease and hypertension are closely inter-related as anyone who suffers from moderate and severe hypertension fall into high risk group for cardiovascular disease.

As most people know, hypertension places and extreme amount of stress on the heart. Over time, this stress will cause the heart to simply collapse if the high blood pressure is not treated. Even more frustrating is the fact that hypertension provides several warning signs but people miss them for several reason, for example, lack of appreciation of their importance, demands from professional life, or inability to slow down and treat the symptoms.

Can You Control Cardiovascular Disease and Hypertension?

Hypertension is treatable by those who take it seriously. It can be treated with medication and natural treatments which include exercises and rest. Often times a lifestyle change is in order to effectively reduce hypertension. Some simple steps include stop smoking, reduce stress levels, eat healthy, and exercise regularly.

This is a very long list, the alternative of which would be a life like a vegetable followed by a stroke (caused by thickening and narrowing of the arteries) or plain death followed by cardiac failure. If you want to live and lead a qualitative life, you need to take full control of your life or face the terrible consequences.

There are many research studies which are looking into the possibility of making a drug that can reverse cardiovascular disease and these show promising results. However, until such a drug is discovered and well within your reach you need to keep a close watch on all the factors that strengthen the cardiovascular disease and hypertension link through all the means available to you.

Natural Blood Pressure Reduction Guide is a great resource on how to defeat hypertension with exercise and natural treatments (I'll review the book below). You can also read more at Cardiovascular Disease and Hypertension.

Finding an Effective Hypertension Remedy

Hypertension, or high blood pressure as it is also commonly referred to, is a very serious health condition, one that millions of people around the world presently suffer from. Hypertension is a condition which occurs when blood exerts too much pressure on the inner walls of the blood vessels.

There are many different known causes of hypertension, but genetics have proven to be one of the most common causes of all. If you have a family history of the disease than you are far more likely to develop it yourself, which is why reviewing medical and family histories is so important. Certain medical conditions are also often linked to this condition, and some of the medical conditions that may increase a person's blood pressure include a previous heart attack, a previous stroke, hormonal disorders and kidney disease, to name a few.

Hypertension Remedy

If you have discovered that you do in fact suffer from a hypertension problem then you are going to need to find the right hypertension remedy to use in your case. Keep in mind that there is no single hypertension remedy that is going to work well for everyone, and so you really need to take your personal circumstance into consideration and work together with your doctor in order to determine which will be best suited to you.

A change in diet is one of the most seemingly simple and yet effective hypertension remedies. By cutting fatty and sugary foods out of your diet and instead filling it with fresh fruits and vegetables, legumes, whole grain breads and cereals, and of course plenty of water, you will not only be dealing with your present hypertension condition but also preventing it from recurring in the future.

Another effective hypertension remedy involves the use of prescription medication. This is suggested when changing your lifestyle is just not enough, and there are different types of hypertension medication that works in different ways. Doctors also often recommend a combination of drugs for hypertension conditions, especially if it is severe or if the patient has been dealing with it for an extended period of time.

Even if you do not think that your medication is working properly, it is important that you do not stop taking it abruptly, at least not without your doctor's consent, because this can lead to withdrawal symptoms.

It is important that you discuss the matter of finding a hypertension remedy with your doctor and work closely with them through this process so they can keep a watchful eye on you and make sure that you are making proper improvement.

Blood Pressure Reduction Guide Review

A truly great blood pressure and hypertension resource!

Hypertension and high blood pressure both have a long history in my family. Recently my cardiologist advised that I purchase and ebook called "Blood Pressure Reduction Guide". He is a strong advocate for natural cures for ailments like hypertension and high blood pressure. I, on the other hand, have always been a little skeptical of natural treatments, but I certainly trust his judgment.

All the talk about natural solutions had me a little skeptical, and the web page was a little loud for me, but I followed Doctors orders and purchased the book. This was my first time to buy and ebook online and I was very impressed with how easy it was and how quickly I was reading the book, very nice!

Well, that was over two months ago when I bought the book. The book was very easy to read and had quite a bit of research available to support the techniques. I can honestly state that my blood pressure has come way down and my hypertension is under control as a result. I am so impressed with the book and very happy that my cardiologists demanded that I buy it!

The steps in the book are simple and easy to perform and do not require a major lifestyle change. The exercises and fun and you can perform them at home easily and they do not require a major lifestyle change. I started to feel better within the first week of implementing the steps from the book.

All of the members of my family who suffer from hypertension have bought the book and are experiencing similar results as me. We are very thankful for the referral to the book and, of course, the results. It is easy to assume that a pill can cure everything, but you must recognize that side effects from pills are always possible and natural solutions can really help speed up the treatment and improve outcomes.

Some people may consider the book to be too long, but most of the length is due to the author including so much detail regarding the research on his techniques.

My cardiologist mentioned that he will soon employ the techniques from this book as standard treatment for his patients as he has had so many great results over the last year.

Anybody with high blood pressure and hypertension should go buy "Blood Pressure Reduction Guide" immediately. You will be very happy with the book and more happy with the results!
