When wondering how to cure Insomnia naturally, learn yourself a relaxation technique by following these instructions:
1) First make yourself as comfortable as possible, sat or lied down it doesn't matter. Make sure your in a quiet environment were you wont be disturbed.
2) Starting at your feet focus all your attention on that part of your body and visualize a bright loving relaxing light spreading through yourself, moving slowly upwards to your ankles, calves, thighs,buttocks, tummy, chest, then from your shoulders go slowly down your arms and hands doing each finger also, then go back up to the shoulders before doing the neck, jaw, cheeks, ears, nose, eyes and forehead.
3) Don't rush and If done right you should notice how relaxed your feeling you may even be feeling a warmth, a tingling sensation, or maybe an heaviness but in a nice way.
4) While doing this try to keep an eye on your breathing, making sure that you are taking deep abdominal breathes as these are more relaxing for the body than breathing from the chest.
5) Once Your happy with your deep breathing and nicely relaxed throughout your body, Then with every breath out start silently repeating a word, something like 'relax' or 'peace'.
6) Try going for as long as possible without letting other thoughts enter your mind and continuing to feel the relaxation all over your body.
