How a Hypnosis Consultation Helps

Hypnosis is a powerful, accessible mental tool for altering consciousness to alter behavior into healthier, greener modes.

For me, hypnosis is not "alternative medicine" (versus illnesses) so much as a natural consciousness state and playful process for shifting limiting life patterns and enhancing wellness, any day, amid most circumstances.

While in a light and natural trance, or possibly during a flight of imagination taken on purpose, desired and chosen beneficial patterns of thought and behavior go freely and directly into the subconscious mind.

Post-hypnotic suggestions bypass the mind's nay-saying defenses, but they must be voluntary. The suggestions you give yourself through the hypnotist or your own script during a session must harmonize with your will and be reinforced by your actions.

Hypnosis can be practiced by oneself as self-hypnosis or facilitated by a professional hypnotist.

A series of hypnosis consultations will help you overwrite old habits of thought, word and action easily, then quickly institute beneficial self-changing. While you are focused and aware, yet relaxed, in the state of hypnosis you can glide up your inner spiral of amazing potential and meaningful purpose with ease.
