How can Hypnosis Benefit You?

"What is Hypnotherapy ? " is such a common question and my aim with this lens is to bring together information and articles etc to demystify Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis and to show how the benefits can be easily applied to everyday living, from curing phobias, dealing with panic attacks, improving sports performance, particularly the mental aspect of golf ( which is a particular passion of mine) to just generally creating a feeling of well-being, relaxation and confidence.

Reduce your golf handicap with hypnosis

Review Glenn Harrold 'Play Great Golf' Hypnosis Audio

I first discovered the Glenn Harrold 'Play Great Golf' hypnosis audio download a few years ago when I was working on reducing my golf handicap down from 18. I was looking for a way to improve my golf mental game and started researching the concept of self hypnosis to improve concentration when playing golf. It was very new to me then, this was many years ago and it sparked a real interest in the benefits and uses of self hypnosis.

As I read more and more about the subject I realised how easy it is to make huge self improvement changes through the use of hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

To cut a long story short, I was SO convinced of the benefits of self hypnosis that I'm now a fully qualified NLP practitioner and hypnotherapist.

I thoroughly enjoy passing on my enthusiasm for the subject and try to listen to as many hypnosis downloads as I can, the ones that I feel are the top of the crop I will review on my hypnotherapy website, my main site is here at Exploring Hypnotherapy.

The Glenn Harrold 'Play Great Golf' Hypnosis Audio is the first golf hypnosis download that I found and to me it still remains the best of all the golf ones I have listened to.

Glenn has a very relaxing voice that soothes as it reaches the deepest parts of your subconscious and I'm always amazed how, when I'm standing over a tricky putt his voice will appear out of nowhere to calm my nerves in a tense situation.

With repeated listening, my golf mental game did improve hugely, I play a lot of amateur competitions and my handicap at its lowest came down to 10.

I highly recommend the Golf Hypnosis Download from Glenn Harrold Play Great Golf. .

Weird,Strange or Bizarre Phobias

Do YOU have a weird Phobia you'd like to share?

A phobia is an intense fear of something that poses no actual danger. While awareness that the fears are irrational, phobics often find that facing, or even thinking about facing the feared situation brings on a panic attack or severe anxiety.

Phobias are more common than most people realize, and there are hundreds of strange, unique, and funny phobias, along with a string of more serious phobias that can be detrimental to somebody's well being.

Most phobias are rooted in deep childhood anxiety and situations where a person experienced something overwhelmingly uncomfortable.

During this time, the person may have experienced an elevated level of stress and was unable to cope effectively with it. As a result, they will have a fear of the object, place, situation, or experience, and will tend to avoid it as much as possible.

For the person who HAS the strange phobia, it really isn't funny at all !!!

What's Your phobia then?

Some phobias are bizarre but some phobias are really quite funny. If you have heard of any really unusual phobias why not add your comments to this page and let's see how many we can come up with.
