What happens in a typical session ?
First of all we examine your own smoking history and patterns.
Have there been any previous attempts at stopping?
Did you have cravings or mood swings?
What cigarettes would be the hardest to do without? The first of the day? The one after a meal or with a drink?
Are you a social smoker or someone who smokes at any opportunity?
All of this important background information will be explored and provide me with the means to make it a truly personal session for you.

What is hypnosis like?
