You put the excess weight on and you're the one who is going to have to take it off. It's going to take a strong commitment on on your part to do this. If
you believe someone or something else is going to do the work for you you're doomed from the start.
Lets face it you may have already tried many different ways to lose weight diets, exercise maybe even drugs. Did you keep the weight off? Probably not as you're still reading about how to do it :)
OK Bob if hypnosis isn't a magic wand how is it going to help me then? I'm glad you asked :)
- IF you have a strong desire to lose weight
- IF you are prepared to take responsibility for that excess weight
- IF you are willing to help yourself
- IF you are prepared to put in the effort (Healthy diet and exercise) that's required for long term weight loss
- IF you can follow simple instructions from your hypnotherapist
- IF you can stay committed to your weight loss goal and don't give up
Then yes hypnosis can help big time. I have been a hypnotherapist for 5 years
and have helped hundreds of people get down to their ideal weight. I know
it works and works well.
Are all my clients successful? Nope, I have about a 50% success rate. The clients who are unsuccessful are the ones not prepared to fully commit to the process. They are the wishful thinkers that believe I should do all the work! After all they've paid me so why aren't they losing the weight!
I think the quote "What you move towards, moves towards you" answers the question nicely. If you put in no effort to move towards your goal your
goal sure isn't going to move towards you.
