Hypnosis And Mind Control - How To Become a Hypnotist!

Hypnosis is not some form of Voodoo, it is simply a method of mind control that will induce a state of deep relaxation and focused attention allowing the hypnotist to make suggestions to help his subjects improve their lives.

Hypnosis and Mind Control

How to become a hypnotist!

Hypnosis is safe, effective, has no deep or long lasting side effects and is easy to learn. It's a simple, mind controlexercise in which the hypnotist induces a state of complete physical and mental relaxation. This state of relaxation focuses our minds and allows us to communicate suggestions to the subconscious - which is what hypnosis is all about.

Hypnosis is commonly thought of as a trance where the hypnotist has complete mind control and can make us do anything he wants. This is totally false. It's a stereotypical idea promoted by Hollywood in the cheesy (but great) horror films of the 1950's and 1960's.

Other common misunderstandings are that we can be forced to do things we normally wouldn't do, or that we can get "stuck" in a state of hypnosis or that the hypnotist will not be able to bring us out of the trance. All baloney.

Imagine that you are in a car and driving down the road. You are going somewhere that you've been many times before so, you don't have to worry about the directions. You are driving a familiar route, seeing the same familiar sites, hearing the same familiar sounds.

Nothing unusual is happening. It is so normal, so ordinary that your mind starts to wander. You start thinking about your day. Conversations you've had, problems you've dealt with, problems that still remain.

All of a sudden, you realize that you've driven past your destination and are several blocks or even several miles beyond.

That was an example of hypnosis. Twice! First when you focused your attention on your problems and not driving or on the world around you - hypnosis. Secondly if you were actually visualizing that scenario, I actually became a hypnotist and exerted a little mind control. I hypnotized you into visualizing what I wanted you to visualize. See how it works?

Have you ever been reading a book, watching a movie or a television show and got so caught up in the plot that you were totally unaware of your surroundings? Has anyone ever been talking to you and your mind wandered off. Finally they got your attention and said something like, "Where were you? Your mind was a million miles away!" That's self-hypnosis.

As you can see, it is a natural state, completely safe and one that we all visit every day with no side affects.

In going to a hypnotist or a hypnotherapist, they will use same sort of mind control. The only difference being that the hypnotist will be giving direction to your daydreams%u2026so that you can get some benefit from them.

Hypnosis has been repeatedly tested in clinical trials and found to be effective at helping people to change and improve. It's been used to help the hypnotists' subjects: stop smoking, improve golf games, learn to deal with stress, lose weight, overcome lifelong fears and phobias, improve concentration and study skills and more. Using the mind control benefits of hypnosis, women have learned to ease the pain of childbirth. Others have cured insomnia, inhibit allergic reactions and it's also been said to speed the healing of burns and wounds.

Hypnosis and hypnotic suggestions have played a major role in healing for thousands of years.

Though people think of hypnosis as going into a deep sleep, hypnosis is quite different from sleep. Hypnosis is a relaxed, natural state between complete alertness and sleep. This state allows you to access and use the tremendous power of your subconscious mind.

Hypnosis is a safe, relaxing, enjoyable experience. Hypnosis is a state of focused concentration - that's all. It's not some form of Voodoo.

A hypnotist does not possess any type of power or gift, but rather, has the ability to give suggestions the subconscious mind will accept and then act on in a positive and helpful way, thereby making any change the subject wishes to make. It's not difficult to learn.
