How To Communicate For Anything You Want Using Conversational Hypnosis
Ranked #9,102 in How-To, #91,533 overall
Verbal Voodoo in the 21st century? It's more refined than this.
If you have any interest at all in persuading other people and gaining their cooperation for anything (job interviews, employee management, sales, marketing, coaching clients, relationships, public awareness...literally ANYTHING), you're going to want to pay close attention.
You know how important it is to gain the cooperation of other people in anything you do. It just isn't possible to succeed in life without the help of other people.
If you're in business, you need to persuade customers to buy.
If you have employees, you need to persuade them to do their jobs well and not slack off.
If you want to get married, you have to persuade the other person that you are a good person they will enjoy spending the rest of their lives with.
If you want to change your own habits, you need to persuade yourself that doing things differently will be a positive change.
In truth, persuasion is the central key to all success. The more you know about how to persuade, the more successful you will be in everything you do.
And this is exactly WHY you want to grab Alan Tutt's Keys To Power Persuasion. It's the MOST comprehensive course available anywhere, complete with example after example, so you can see EXACTLY how to use the techniques involved.

How about a FREE e-book on instant persuasion techniques?
Some people think that persuasion is a means of demonstrating the logical reasons why the prospect should take action on the proposed suggestions. When trying to persuade someone, these people will pile reason after reason onto the scale, and attempt to show proof of their statements in order to tip the scales in their favor.Other people feel that persuasion is an emotional process, and believe that the prospect will say yes when enough enthusiasm and energy has been put onto the yes side of scale. These people will gesture very dramatically, pound their fists against the desk, talk very excitedly, and practically bounce up and down as they speak.
So who's right? Which 'weighs' more: logic or emotion? What makes a person say yes instead of no? If all it took was to simply ask someone to say yes, then the whole persuasion issue would be non-existent, would it not?

Why Salespeople Need This...
According to Alan Tutt, there is a whole process of subliminally hypnotizing your prospects to accept your suggestions as their own.He discovered that there are 5 distinct phases of the persuasion process. Distinct may or may not be the best word, as the 5 phases generally overlap and work together. This may be why he never found a single book, course, or program that discussed all 5 phases of the persuasion process.
The 5 phases of persuasion are:
1. Creating Rapport & Trust
2. Shifting Your Prospect's State
3. Setting Context
4. Distraction & Misdirection
5. Covert Delivery of Subliminal Persuasive Messages
The basis for applying this process is still to know the core needs and desires that are common to all humanity. Once you know the prospect well enough, you will have a solid starting point in persuading anyone you wish. Simply reframe your suggestions in a way that tells your prospect how their needs will be satisfied and you will increase your effectiveness even before you use any of the other concepts and techniques in Keys To Power Persuasion.

Taking Communication To The Next Level...
Persuasion is just another word for "effective communication".The effectiveness of your communication is measured by the degree to which you influence the thinking of another person.
Teachers persuade their students to remember the presented material. Effective teachers are able to help their students learn more in a shorter period of time.
Coaches persuade their clients to look at life differently and try new things. Effective coaches help their clients make dramatic changes in their lives.
Job applicants persuade the interviewer that they are the right choice for the job. Effective applicants get the job they want.
Managers persuade their employees to work hard and do a good job. Effective managers get greater productivity from their employees.
Marketers and salespeople persuade the public to take a closer look at their products and buy them. Effective marketers and salespeople sell more products and services.
And lovers persuade their romantic interest to feel good about being with them and want to continue the relationship. Effective lovers have happy relationships for years and years.
Yes, everything we do in life requires us to be the best communicators we can be, and persuade others to follow along with our plans and desires.
Effective human relationships is the quickest road to happiness.
No matter how much you've learned in this area in the past, there is always more to learn. A new concept, a new technique, a new way of thinking about the issue, a new 'angle' that helps you become more effective using the techniques you may have already learned.
That's why you will find "Keys To Power Persuasion" very interesting and useful. Nowhere will you find a more comprehensive course on the subject of persuasion, and nowhere will you find a course that is more organized and clearly presented. Are you ready to take on the next level of communication?
Don't underestimate the power of Suggestibility.
Truth be told, there is no such thing as hypnosis. It's been scientifically proven. When people, for example, become so rigid you can balance them between two chairs, and even sit on them, nothing unusual is happening. Hypnosis doesn't exist. The great hypnotists, such as Milton Erikson did not use flashing lights or swinging watches, but just chatted. When he was called to a meeting for medical malpractice, (practising the non-existent hypnosis) the doctors on the panel, after they had dismissed the case, reported feeling a bit whoozy but that must have been the heavy lunch!
Conversational Hypnosis is nothing more than a catch-all commercial term. People skilled in Conversational Hypnosis are also highly skilled communicators, but they specialized in one trick: suggestibility.
Suggestibility is more than giving another person suggestions or alternative opinions. It's somewhat like coaching, in that a coach typically asks questions that get his client to think and answer for himself. Suggestibility taps mental hot buttons to get the other person to think out of the box.
Imagine a scenario, and perhaps you have gone through this experience before: Have you ever been stuck in your thinking? You can't think of what to do or how to solve a problem? You keep thinking, "What shall I do?" but no answer comes.
Yet can you be absolutely sure that in the very next minute an answer or a solution can come to mind, as if by magic?
If you had a problem, I wouldn't be too surprised if you just found the solution!
We shall discover how this technique always works through a simple 3-step process to get the mind to think out of the box.

The 3-Step Process To Finding Solutions Through Suggestibility.
First we create rapport. We acknowledge that you are stuck. We agree with you. We might agree that the problem is absolutely unsolvable and no answer can be found. We can go over the top, if we want. (This may create desired resistance.)Next we state a truth. You cannot be sure-not absolutely sure-that in the next minute you won't find an answer. You may not find the answer in the next minute, but can you really be absolutely sure of that?
What this does is to burst you out of fixed thinking. You just have to wonder a bit about the possibility of change, and you have to stop thinking of your problem to do it. You can't think of two things at the same time. This frees up your thinking and the answer can pop to mind.
Otherwise, at this point, you can use suggestion. The thinker is wondering now. He or she is receptive to new information. You can say, "Mm! I don't know why, but I suppose you are feeling more confident about a solution even now."
Let's look at another application of this.
A few years ago I had a cold. I felt terrible. So I said to myself, "You feel terrible, don't you?" And having, therefore, established rapport, I said, "But can you be sure you won't feel better in few minutes, or even in the next second?"
While I was wondering about this, it took my mind off feeling terrible, and I then said, "You are feeling a bit better now, aren't you?" And "This technique really works." And I slipped out of feeling terrible and got on with enjoying life.
Do you see how it worked? It was guaranteed to have that effect, even though I knew what was happening, but because it followed the rules of mind it had to work.
Here are the steps:
RAPPORT
CONFUSION
SUGGESTION
Do not be afraid to use any of the techniques, but do remember that you should not lead others to do things to their disadvantage. This stuff works like magic. So remember the Law of Karma! You reap what you sow.
Why not see how you can apply the above technique in matters of more interest to your own personal situation. You could share your discoveries with the rest of us.

The Principles Of Conversation Hypnosis
Article by Dane Bergen
Most people vividly remember the scene in Star Wars when Obi Wan Kenobi looks into the eyes of a guard and convinces him that the three wanted fugitives right in front of him are not the people he is looking for. Wouldn't it be great to have similar influence over people? The term conversational hypnosis suggests that we can.Of course, conversational hypnosis is not as simple as it sounds. Rather, it is a series of well-choreographed strategies and manipulations that may bring others around to your point of view.
The principles of conversational hypnosis were first conceived by the great hypnotist and psychotherapist Milton Erickson.
Erickson theorized that directly trying to induce a trance state in someone or trying to give them direct suggestions might lead to resistance. He preferred to use rapport, indirect suggestions, and confusion to induce trance states and influence compliance.
Rapport
The first step in conversational hypnosis is creating a rapport with the subject. This means agreeing with what they have to say. For instance, if the subject says, "There's no way out of this," the proper response is, "You're right. There's no way out."
Confusion
The next step in conversational hypnosis is to confuse the issue. Sometimes a simple question works. "But even if there is no way out, can you be absolutely sure that a solution won't pop into your mind in the next minute or so?"
Another technique used to create confusion in conversational hypnosis is to encourage resistance, perhaps by saying, "No one could solve that problem. It's simply too complex. There's absolutely no way out. You don't have a chance%u2026" At some point, the subject will probably start arguing with you that the problem is not so unsolvable after all!
Still another confusion technique is to suggest that the subject do more of something that isn't working. For instance, an obese subject might be encouraged to gain weight.
Suggestion
The final step in conversational hypnosis is to make an indirect suggestion such as, "You're feeling a bit less hopeless now, aren't you?" or "I don't know why, but it seems to me you look more optimistic than you did a few minutes ago."
Needless to say, conversational hypnosis is no easy feat, and it is best left to professionals.

Covert Persuasion Techniques
Part 1 of article by Alan Tutt
I've been reading a lot lately about some of the deeper, more obscure aspects of hypnosis. This has been mostly to increase the effectiveness of the Keys To Power techniques and the hypnotic recordings I've been creating for our members here. However, the course of this study has put me square in the middle of the covert hypnosis topic, and I must say, it's extremely fascinating.
I've learned that my definition for hypnosis has been profoundly altered. Hypnosis is not always about putting someone into a trance state, but simply a process of communicating with the inner mind. This communication can be performed while the listener is in a completely normal, waking state of consciousness.
In fact, one of the most celebrated leaders in the hypnotic field (Milton Erickson-a name I recognized from earlier studies) used to practice psychological counseling using a radically different form of hypnosis in which the subject never knew they were being hypnotized. Erickson, and his radically different form of hypnosis, became one of the sources for what is now known as NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
NLP is used by many different types of people. Psychologists, personal coaches (such as Anthony Robbins), business people, sales people, parents, and artist all use NLP to help them attain higher levels of personal excellence and to influence others to do the same. The simplest description of what NLP is would be "a system of modeling excellence and setting triggers for recreating that excellence on command". As you can imagine, this requires a very complex and involved collection of techniques and processes.
Covert Persuasion Techniques
Part 2 of article by Alan Tutt
Imagine how much smoother your life will be with these techniques. No more confrontations. No more arguments. The people in your life doing what you want them to do, and not because you are commanding their obedience, but because they feel an inner desire to do these things.
The techniques that I've found are not difficult to use. They do take a little practice to perfect, but then again, anything worthwhile takes some practice to get right. Part of the process is simply getting into the right mindset. In classic sales training literature, the concept of the assumptive close comes the closest to the secret of conversational hypnosis. When you assume that the person you're talking to wants to follow your plan, you are much more likely to use the right phrasing in your speech.
For example, instead of saying "Do you think you might want to do this?", you're more likely to say "I'm really glad that you're going to be doing this." Instead of saying "Would you like to purchase this?", you're more likely to say "Would you like to pay cash, or would using your credit card be easier?" In both cases, the idea that the other person is going to follow through with your plans is assumed and included in the underlying meaning of what you said. In conversational hypnosis, the underlying meaning carries most of the suggestive power.
Covert Persuasion Techniques

Here are a couple of resources that can teach you much about conversational hypnosis.
Offline:
Introducing NLP: Psychological Skills for understanding and influencing people-by Joseph O'Connor & John Seymour. This is a fairly clear explanation of NLP which gives you a solid foundation for the topic. Doesn't address how to use the information to persuade others, but does talk about some of the basic concepts.
Unlimited Selling Power-by Donald J. Moine & Kenneth L. Lloyd. This book covers how to use conversational hypnosis (at least in broad, general terms) in a sales situation. Doesn't get into using language patterns to embed suggestive commands, but is a very good resource for getting the client thinking about your product in very positive terms.
Online:
Apply Hypnosis: This website offers one of the best books I've seen on language patterns, embedded commands, and using body language to reinforce your hypnotic message. Without a doubt, the best resource available at this time. The author offers 2 options-a regular membership and a gold membership. Both membership will give you access to the central book and some extra bonus books (mostly not worth the effort to read). The gold membership does give you 2 extra books that will help you put the basic information into practice. I highly recommend that you go for the gold membership if you are considering purchasing this resource.
Sexual Key: Most men will at one time or another lament "What do women really want?!" This website gives the answer in a form that most men will readily respond to. For men, sex is the carrot on the stick that will lead them to learning how to relate to women on the emotional level, where women live. Yes, there are some conversational hypnosis techniques here, and some very good ideas I haven't seen elsewhere, but the focus is on giving women what they want and will respond to.
Alan Tutt is the creator of his latest new book "Keys To Power Persuasion".
