The only way to know positively whether or not you have this condition is to consult with your personal physician. S/He will run tests and tell you definitively whether or not you have this low blood sugar condition.
In the meantime, here are some symptoms to watch for. If you are experiencing any of these conditions after eating, or when you are hungry-especially if you experience them on an on-going basis-consult your physician immediately.
a. Light-headedness and/or headaches.
b. Vision trouble, either double-vision, blurring or a "tunnel" effect.
c. Feeling as though you might pass out.
d. Suddenly feeling a sweat coming on, cold or otherwise.
e. Sudden onset of a rapidly beating heart.

It is managed through proper diet.
