Do YOU have a Hypothyroid Problem?

Have you been recently diagnosed with an underactive thyroid or Hypothyroid problem? Maybe you suspect you have a hypothyroid but have not yet gone to see your doctor for bloodtests. More than 2.4% of the world population has a hypothyroidism issue and if you are a woman its even worse! Women are 10 times more likely to develop hypothyroidism then men.

I am here to tell you - you are not alone! Other hypothyroidism sufferers have recovered their energy, lost weight and reversed their condition using completely natural remedies. Mother Nature already provides a way to reverse hypothyroidism - which means that you DON'T have to take drugs for the rest of your life.

It's So Hard to Lose Weight with Hypothyroidism!

If you have an underactive thyroid you have probably gained weight - and because your thyroid is underactive, it makes it really hard to lose it! It's a vicious circle and can be so frustrating. I know - I have been around this circle many times :)

Hypothyroidism interferes with your metabolism - actually slows it down - which means that the calories that you take in are not burning off as well as they did before and then they show up as extra weight on your body. Chronic thyroid disease can also interfere with your brain chemistry - hypothyroidism causes stress, which in turn can mess up the release of seratonin. Seratonin helps your body feel full so when you are not getting this feeling, you eat more - extra calories = extra weight.

You don't have to take medication to lose weight - there is a natural solution to hypothyroidism that can help you take that extra weight off.

Symptoms of an Underactive Thyroid (Hypothyroidism)

Have you experienced any of these symptoms recently? When I saw this list for the first time it was like a lightbulb went off in my brain - this was me!

* Chronic Fatigue
* Weight Gain
* Puffy Face
* Droopy Eyelids
* Depression
* Slow Reflexes
* Muscle Aches, Cramps or Weakness
* Decreased Sex Drive
* Excessive Menstrual Bleeding
* Premenstrual Tension
* Absence of Periods
* Loss of Appetite
* Constipation
* Memory Loss
* Difficulty Concentrating
* Dry, Itchy Skin

I had so many of these symptoms but I dreaded taking medication. The most common prescription written for hypothyroidism is Levothyroxine and the possible side effects were nothing that I wanted to experience. How would you get through your busy days if you were experiencing nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, difficulty breathing, hives, insomnia or fever - and that is only a few of the potential side effects! Sometimes, drugs are absolutely necessary, but if a there is a way to help yourself naturally, why not try that way first? I did and I am so happy that I made the choice to try a natural remedy to help my hypothyroidism.

For me, the weight gain was the worst. I had struggled most of my life with weight issues and an underactive thyroid just made it harder to lose weight, no matter what I did. I think that I tried every diet out there and none worked. I tried diet pills - most definitely not a natural route to take - and probably did more damage to my body than good. As natural as possible is my motto now!

What is Hypothyroidism Anyway?

Hypothyroidism involves the thryoid gland that is located at the front of the neck and blow the voice box. It produces two hormones - T3 (Thyroxine) and T4 (Triiodothyronine) - known simply as T3 and T4 (so you don't have to remember how to pronounce the names). When the thyroid does not produce enough of these 2 hormones, it is called hypothyroidism (or underactive thyroid).

You can use entirely natural remedies that can get your thyroid working properly again - so you can get your energy, good health and your weight back to where it should be.
