I am hungry all the time
!!
I am very hungry right now.. Again! It never stops actually...... I am always hungry, all the time! Everywhere I go!
It is so bad that I have to carry an extra bag just for my snacks. I can't imagine myself going out someplace (except for a restaurant, of course...) and not taking my bag of snacks with me... I need to go to supermarkets and grocery stores everyday to see what's new in the snacking department.

To make matters worse, I am very picky about my eating habits. When I get hungry, which pretty much happens every 30 minutes, I want specific things and not just any snack.... Sometimes I need to have real food, like a stake and mashed potatoes, other times it has to be something sweet only. Some days I will be in a "healthier" mode and only eat fruits and vegetables. Other days I want cookies, cake, donuts, chocolate, bread, junk, junk, junk!!It's crazy!

I am writing this now feeling hungry! I had two cups of coffee and I'm thinking about breakfast. But when I am actually having breakfast, I am thinking about what I am going to have for lunch! I need to be planning my next meal as if food would disappear from Planet Earth...

I know what your next question is....... You want to know if I am fat..... No, I am not fat. I have been 128 lbs for the past six years of my life....... I only have a little extra-fat around my middle and a few lovely "love handles", but I am only human! (And over thirty...... so you know......it happens.......)But considering the massive amounts of food I eat everyday (because I am hungry all the time....), it's actually a miracle I am not fat!

Uncontrollable Hunger All the Time!
I have tried eating more healthy. Last month I tried the CRON diet, "Calorie Reduction with Optimal Nutrition", where you start reducing your caloric intake slowly and at the same time you add highly nutritious food like lots of vegetables and fruits and stop eating junk food.It made me feel really good, my tummy fat almost disappeared, but I couldn't take the hunger! I was so hungry, even more than I usually am, and so I gave up...... But if you have the persistence it's something you should definitely try....

No need to mention I am very miserable at work, hungry like a wolf all the time! And the really sad part is that I work at a restaurant! Can you imagine my misery? Hungry in a restaurant! It's actually hilarious.......That's why I desperately need my bag of goodies, otherwise I wouldn't survive.......

I need to eat!
My wonderful husband (who is also a chef! Lucky me!) just made a delicious breakfast for me........I gotta go!

Here are the ingredients. Just mix them all in equal parts and keep the leftovers in the fridge.
COCOA POWDER (organic)
BROWN SUGAR (organic)
SOY MILK POWDER
WHEAT GERM
OATMEAL CRUMBS
FLAXSEED (powder)
SESAME SEEDS
QUINOA GRAINS
COLLAGEN POWDER
WHEAT FIBER
BARLEY
GUARANA POWDER
I usually have this mixture with my regular cereal...

- I definitely understand - I have a tendency to want to snack ALL the time... I usually refrain, but try to keep fruits and veggie around to chew on. Great lens, blessed by a SquidAngel!

- I could relate to so much of what you described. I'd like to compare notes. I have three questions:
Do you feel faint? I feel like I'm about to black out before I eat and my eyes get sore. How long can you go before breakfast before you feel faint?
Also, when you mentioned that you like certain foods, is it just that you "like" them or is it if you don't eat certain foods it's not satisfying. Sometimes NOTHING I eat will make me feel "full" until I stumble on the right food. I will reason if I'm having a meat and a carbohydrate and fiber it should work, right? I try to go about my business and ignore the unsatisfied feeling but not before long I will begin to become shaky. It's the strangest thing. I can't figure out why it has to be certain foods. It's almost as if the taste buds have to be affected and it has to hit a signal in order to feel "full and satisfied." Never heard of anyone else having this problem. I wish I could just grab anything and eat and be done with it but it won't work.
There's one other strange symptom. If I start working out - (you know how it takes several weeks for it to change your metabolism and for weight loss to start happening) ... okay when I start to lost weight, I became so hungry I'm beside myself. There's something about hitting the point where you're actually losing the weight that sends me over the edge - not the initial exercise but when your body starts to actually let go of pounds. I find myself even eating more than I usually eat to get rid of the anemic starving feeling. It's not some psychological thing - I mean real feelings of starvation and headaches anemia.
Also, when did this all begin for you? I look back and realize I was hypoglycemic as a young teenager and it slowly progressed and worsened as the years went by. Weight was not an issue with me either. By age 20 I was having to take food to work with me.
Anyway, I could relate to so much of what you said. People that don't have this have no idea what this is like! Please list more details about your cereal. That really had my interest. I stumbled on your website looking for a nuturitious health bread someone mentioned took their appetite all day. I know that bread with yeast has a lot of B vitamins in it - and B's are a must for getting over almost problem. Look into taking desicated liver powder. People have had amazing results with this. I wish I could take it but there are other reasons preventing me from being able to but you should check it out. At the bottom of this posting, I'm going to paste a quote about it. Take care!

- Hi there! I am still 'suffering' from this strange condition... LOL My sister thinks I have compulsive eating disorder and need some therapy.... Could be.... But it actually started after I hit my 30s... I am trying to eat healthier, and I also started to include lots of raw vegetables in my diet, so that at least I am snacking on something healthy and low in calories... I also feel faint and very weak if I don't eat for a few hours.... Still need snacks everywhere I go! Very weird! LOL
