Keep Your Coffee Warm, Paper-Free, and Help Save the Environment with the Reusable I Am Not a Paper Cup!
I'll have a grande nonfat latte, hold the disposable cup! Imagine if everyone started using a reusable cup for their morning coffee instead of a disposable coffee cup, and what the benefits on our environment would be... and how much less trash would wind up in a landfill! And think about how many trees would not have to be cut down. A ceramic mug isn't realistic, and those plastic travel mugs make your drinks taste funny. The solution? I Am Not a Paper Cup, the reusable hot drink cup with that mimics those easy-to-drink-from disposable cups, but can be used over and over again everyday!
What It's Not: Disposable
Unlike these cups, you can use it again and again!

Your Morning Routine - The Thrown Away Coffee Cup (And What You Can Do Instead!)
BPA free, reusable alternative to your disposable coffee cups!
We've all had those days where you just run out of time in the morning to make your own coffee. Part of the morning routine is so often to stop at the local coffee store on your way into work. Maybe that coffee break is what it takes to rip you away from your work at home computer during the morning, or maybe it's a brief "vacation in your day" from the rest of the hectic work hours. We're all guilty of it, and we've all at least driven by the coffee shop early in the morning with the line snaking through the drive-thru and a full parking lot. Sadly, most of those people are ordering their beverages in cups which will just be thrown away. A small percentage of them may be recycled but for the most part they will be tossed into the trash. But There's Hope!
Which leads me to the latest find I have had. The I Am Not a Paper Cup looks just like the paper or styrofoam cup you would get at the local coffee store, except its reusable! It is a ceramic mug with a silicon topper (no BPA here!). The silicon is perfect for the morning commute and afternoon worktime. Let's be honest, how many times have you burned your hands on a paper cup? Too numerous to count. Plus, the ceramic part of the mug is insulated keeping the beverages nice and hot (or cold in the summer!). A reusable cup that fits perfectly into my cup holder in my car, and keeps my drink hot for hours-now that is a true find! I have even started rinsing it out at work and using it for the water cooler later on in the day, and it keeps the water nice and cool.

Cup Comparisons - My Old Travel Mugs vs. I Am Not a Paper Cup
I Am Not a Paper Cup takes on traditional plastic cups -- and wins!
Prior to purchasing my I Am Not a Paper Cup and well prior to me "greening" myself, I was a big user of plastic travel mugs. I used them from everything like coffee, hot chocolate, iced lattes, and ice water. After reading a bit more on the subject I started to realize that potentially dangerous particles from my plastic cup (like BPA) were leaking into my drink. Whether it be hot or iced, my drink was becoming contaminated by the very container I thought was "greener" and more "earth friendly". With the ceramic cup of the I Am Not a Paper Cup there is no worry about leakage of anything into your drink. The same goes for the Silicon lid. For me the choice then became very easy-time to recycle all of the old plastic travel mugs and replace them with a healthier alternative. Millions of dollars, millions of pounds of trash. This is what we'd save if we all continue to use reusable cups! The average savings of using your own mug (because they offer a discount at coffee shops like Starbucks)? 10 cents a day, or over $35 a year if you drink one cup daily! Not to mention the positive impact on our environment.
A Great Eco Friendly Gift Idea for the Working Person or Traveler!
Make their lives more eco friendly with a reusable I Am Not a Paper Cup!
These make great eco friendly gifts and can be used by everyone. From the stay at home mom looking for a covered mug, to the person travelling to work at the office, to the construction worker to your child's teacher-everyone can enjoy this gift. Here are some more reasons this makes a great, environmentally friendly idea:- Greatly reduces the amount of waste of paper, plastic and styrofoam created by all of the coffee cups thrown away on a daily basis
- Unlike some other travel mugs, this cup will fit perfectly into your cup holder as if you had received the disposable cup from the coffee shop itself
- As the ceramic is double insulated you don't have to worry about burning your hands or using a cardboard sleeve to protect your fingers, another reduction in waste when compared to you buying your coffee in a disposable cup with a disposable sleeve.
