The I-Ching is is an amazing tool for personal development and growth.

About Me

Discovering the I-Ching

I've been studying the I-Ching for a long time now - at least 10 years. I've always used the I-Ching to find clarity in my own life - in times of decision or crisis, taking the time to reflect using the I-Ching has been a powerful means for me to find the Truth in my life.

My profile pic and the attached photo were taken recently when I had an I-Ching hexagram tattooed on my right wrist. The image is of "Kên" or "Keeping Still" - it signifies the end and the beginning of all movement.

It's an image that really resonated with me and is an important reminded to take the time stop and reflect.
