I Love Brass Beds!

Here are a dozen "to die for" brass beds that I have gathered from the net. I love them all, but I seem to be drawn to the "Lochranza," "Clairemont," and the antique brass "Sleigh" bed. This one has a bit of an Asian flair to it. Ornate and very Victorian-looking. I love it!

Isn't this lovely? With its spindled effect and ball finials, it has old-fashioned charm, but the inverted lines update it, giving it a modern twist. I find the antique brass finish and curved lines very chic and elegant.

Isn't this bed incredible? It's also a favorite of mine. I love the combination of scrollwork and finials, and the massive cannonball knobs on the posts really finish off the look. A very dramatic and feminine bed.

This brass bed features elegant 19th century French styling. I love the upward and downward sweep of the frame; it reminds me of a bird's wings.

This brass bed is of a more traditional style. The outward swirls resemble rams horns; being an aries, I kind of like that. :)

I love the name of this bed--who doesn't love rainbows? The curved footboard and headboard are actually shaped like rainbows (who knows, there may be a pot of gold at the end of those rainbows!), and the spindle design is lovely. This bed is a more traditional style, and is also available in polished brass.
