Ricky and Fred's chicken business wasn't going too well so the girls tried to fool the boys into thinking the hens are laying lots of eggs. They smuggled eggs into the henhouse underneath their clothes. The final scene, where Ricky (unaware that Lucy's blouse is filled with chicken eggs) insisted that Lucy rehearse a tango number for a local benefit. The climax of this scene provoked the longest laugh from a studio audience in television history.

- I love everything about "I Love Lucy". I recently saw the Christmas episode that had been lost for 33 years; however, what I didn't know was that there was another Christmas episode that aired long before the existence of Little Ricky; they were both great.
