Mint, my new love
You may think that love between a personal finance service and a woman can exist but it does. Mint.com is my newest online love. It has saved me so much time it's my new best friend.
Why I love mint.com: reason #1
I am a bank account addict
I have more bank accounts than I really need. Some I just opened for the free bonuses and some seemed to have competitive rates. So I have my pennies spread in millions of different accounts. Mint is so kind to organize all of those transactions for me. I know exactly how much is in each account without having to log into each bank's website. That alone is enough to make me love mint.com.
If you still need help with financial planning...
Why I love mint.com: reason #2
Credit card management
Mint.com sends me emails when my credit cards are due. Mint alerts me when my balances are high. Since transactions are updated when I sign in I have an up-to-date view of exactly how much I owe.
When I get those emails I can immediately add the due dates to my google calendar in one click (Thanks Gmail.)

Why I love mint.com: reason #3
iPod touch/iPhone app and SMS
Mint has a cute little app that makes the service ultraportable. This free app is how I was introduced to mint.com. I also get text messages on my cell phone when I have alerts.
