You Love Your Mother Don't You?
Mother's Day is coming up in May and I wanted to make a lens about: I Love You Mom poems.
Don't go saying that you don't love your mother because, I promise I will disagree.
A mother can bring all sorts of emotions to you. No doubt other people can too but, this lens is solely about Mothers. Wait a minute. Let me correct myself. That should be: Loving Your Mothers.
Mind you, there are many ways to show your mother that you love them!
For instance, there are humorous ways and sobered ways. It all depends on the kind of person you are.
My goal for this lens, is to try and click with those many types of different people with my different styles of poetry. Poetry pertaining to Mothers only!

I love the way you make me laughThe way my day seems to glow when you're around
I can't help but feel selfish for the time you spend with me
Your days are busy and filled with goals
So, when it's just you and me
I pretend it'll last for eternity
Time is up, and your are gone
You may be busy forever but...
I'll Still Love You Mom.

A Rose Isn't Red
Everybody says that Roses are redRoses are the sweetest smelling things
Roses bring peace into your Heart
Well, I have news for you world
You cannot compare a Rose to my Mama
For she is the one who has brought me life
She has cradled me when I was afraid
Loved me when no one else cared
Helped me through my childish fantasies
So you see, she has a heart filled with love
What color is a heart? It's red!
My mom's Heart is redder than a Rose could ever be
Roses are just another symbol of my mother's love.

Mothers are like StarsThey shine so bright to guide you through
They break down when you are blue
Dancing with the shadows of the night
Making sure you will not see fright
Fighting for what they believe, you become what they receive
Not only are they strong and proud
They have taught you that life is a meaning
Sometimes they aren't what you want
Just remember, you only have one true connection
That connection is your Mother.

You A Clown?
To be honest, I couldn't think of anymore sobered poems involving Mothers so, I decided to make a break for it!I may seem serious in some of my previous lenses but, don't let that fool you! I can be a real clown!
I'm pretty sure with the poems I'll leave below will be inspired by my own mother! Hehe.

I come home and I turn on the TVI tend to watch my favorite sitcom 'Bret Michaels: Life as I know It'
I remember that I am starving and go to get a snack
As I come back with a bag of chips and a can of soda
My eyed widen as I see her sitting in my thrown
There is my Mother saying 'I Love You Dear'
Give her a pleasant smile in return!
After all, I'm the one who made the dent in the car!

What do I do in a day with my mother?I swear I could list them from one to ten
Everyday is a prediction with this woman
She is feisty like a Puma and mellow like a Zebra
She often tells me she dreams of the Sahara!
She cooks and cleans and never wears plaid
Sometimes she makes a heart very sad
She often likes to say 'Cockle-do-da-do!'
Sometimes I wonder how she ever pulled through!
She says as a child she was a mature girl
I look at her childhood pictures and can't help but giggle!
This present day is somewhat different
I never had to say 'God love ya Mother!'
