Maudie and Brando were our faithful Basset Hounds. Bassets are one of the best tempered dogs on Earth! They just want to be friends with everyone! Although
they are no longer with us we have a lot of cherished memories of them. Whenever we see another Basset we can't get to them fast enough to give them a rub!

    Great lens! *****

    Peace :~)

Angel and Jasper are pound puppies (mixed breeds)that continually to give unconditional love that you can't find anywhere else. They have gotten me through those times when illness and sadness seem to overwhelm. They sense how you are feeling and comfort you. The look in their eyes tell me "It will all be okay and I'm here for you." And then as if to say "Go ahead and pet me.....I like that too." After a day at the beauty shop they prance around with that "I'm beautiful aren't I" look about them. One can't help but adore these lovely creatures for the love they bring us is priceless.

I have 4 dogs. Not one is any more special than the other. They are all special and have their own personalities. Cappie is our smallest dog. She is a min pin/rat terrier mix. She is our hunter. Throw arock in the woods and she will stay there until she comes out with, not just any rock, but the one your threw. Cappie also pushes these rocks around the yard with her paws. Hollie is our Blue Heeler. She is also a rock dog but instead of chasing them, she finds the biggest one she can manage and carriers it around the yard like it is her baby. Skye and Lola are our Australian Shepherds. They are both just special dogs. Anyone that has Aussies knows how special they are.
